  • Standard registration – $200

What is included in the registration fee?

  • All conference sessions
  • 25% off U.S. Open tickets during the Summit
  • Lunch (Thursday and Friday)

What is the dress code?

Business casual.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event (September 13, 2016). Registrations are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

Will conference presentations be available?

Presentation and session documents will be made available online after the event for paid conference attendees.
